All travelers can enjoy the comfort of driving, even the tall ones. The driving position is correct, although there is no axial adjustment of the steering wheel in the car. The large interior, however, was paid for a small one (220 l) luggage space. Loading is difficult due to the narrow door and the high lower edge of the boot.

The interior does not impress with the quality of the materials. There are reservations about plastic elements that are not covered with upholstery and the colors are not very attractive. But Kalos is supposed to be cheap, not luxurious!
Savings, however, are not visible in the selection of engines. Already the cheapest power unit with a capacity 1,21 and power 72 KM provides sufficient performance – maximum speed 157 km / h and acceleration 0-100 km / h w 13,7 s. More demanding users can choose between 1.4 (83 KM) a 1.4 16V (94 KM). Driving a Kalos with the most powerful engine, you can accelerate the car to 176 km / h and reach 100 km / h w 11,1 s. Motor 1.4 16The V also works with an automatic transmission. The chassis has also been adapted to the capabilities of the powerful drive units. The suspension has been tuned in Great Britain with the tastes of European customers in mind.
They are currently available in European markets 3-, 4- and the 5-door Kalos versions. An interesting proposition is a sedan with a spacious trunk (375 l), . This version will be a direct competitor of Renault Thalia, which is very popular in our country.
