ALBERTO ASCARI (1918-1955) – Italian
In the history of motor racing, there have been several instances of his son continuing his career as a competitor. However, it is rarely so perfectly successful, as in the Ascari family: Alberto Ascari revived the fame of his father Antonio, winners of the French and Italian Grand Prix in 1924 year, scoring twice in a row (1952,1953) world title.
